Les Logis du Gard " Maîtres restaurateurs"
Les 3 premiers titres de Maître restaurateur du Gard viennent d'être délivrés par la commission présidée par le Préfet du Gard, dont un chef Logis de Villeneuve lez Avignon, Claude Lambert (La Tonnelle). Engagé de longue date dans la promotion des produits du terroir et de la qualité de la table, notamment à travers son implication dans la démarche Militant du Goût portée par le Conseil général du Gard, c'est pour lui une reconnaissance méritée. Plusieurs autres restaurants devraient prochainement se voir décerner ce titre, validé par le biais d'un audit externe portant sur une cinquantaine de points touchant tant au service, qu'à la présentation des mets ou encore à l'hygiène en cuisine, et permettant à l'entreprise de bénéficier de crédits d'impôts dans le cadre de l'amélioration de la structure.
