"In Roman Provence, the hotel ""L'Enclos des Lauriers Roses"" is perched on the hillside, in a picturesque little village, surrounded with vineyards, olive and almond trees... It is located in the heart of the village and sprawls on 5000m2. It is 15km from Nîmes, 30km from Avignon and 40km from the Mediterranean beaches. Patiently created by the Bergeton family, it is a exquisite place where you can enjoy the charm of ancient stones... At the restaurant, Mrs Bargeton keeps a sharp eye on what is being cooked. The cuisine is concocted with fresh market-bought products. Let your palate be stimulated by the simple conjuring-up of ingredients such as sun-kissed fruits, country lamb, aromatic olive oil... All the rooms are designed in a Provençal fashion. Each of them possesses its own charm. We also speak russian, finnish and polish."
